Recipe using my HT'g relish

Hey any of you guys that got my relish and have recipes to share please post and I will put together a recipe book And post it on line. HEHEHEHE!!! :eek: :eek: So others can suffer like us. :D :D

Heat Treatin' Garlic Mustard

1/2 cup Dijon mustard
4 cloves garlic, minced finely
1 finely-chopped green onion from bulb to tip.

Mix or blend ingredients, and put into a container. Keep in fridge. Gets better after it sets a day or two, but is excellent on dogs, brats, and steaks. You can also use it to etch concrete before applying sealer. Also good for applying to the edge of your flower beds to keep the neighbor's cats from sh*tting in there.

i still suggest someone makes a nice smoked habanero and herb aioli
that would make a nice little spread for some sandwiches.
 
Recipe for burned anus:

1. Any given amount of HT relish
2. Any given amount of any given food

Cacoila, use pork butts cut into chunks
Marinate: (2 to 3 days)
· Wine I use a semi-sweet
· Orange juice
· Lime juice
· Cinnamon just a touch
· Nutmeg just a touch
· Cloves just a few
· Bay leaves
· Basil
· Oregano
· HT'g relish to taste
· Garlic a whole lot
· Paprika for color
· Sugar just a dash
· Cook until it falls apart
 
  1. 4 large chicken breast
  2. your favorite italian salad dressing
  3. minced garlic to taste
  4. HT relish to taste
  5. mix dressing, garlic & relish
  6. marinade chicken in mixture overnight
  7. place chicken on grill, occasionally brushing on remainding mixture
  8. serve with favorite sides , potato salad, garlic toast, toss salad
  9. keep small children away from table
  10. NOT RESPOSIBLE for spontanious combustion!!!!

Hey!!! If you work outside and want to keep your feet warm just rub a little relish on them. HEHEHEHE!!!
 
Honestly, and call me nuts or whatever - it will probably fit, I sometimes enjoy just dipping a finger tip into the jar and enjoying. It is wise and good to have wash down at hand too. George, it is good stuff. It just goes a lot further than most of your competetion but ain't no way it can spoil. What self respecting microbe would bother with it(?).

It seems the older it get the more concentrated the favor.:eek: I have a jar in the refrigerator for 3 years and it is still good. Just testing it to see how long it lasts.:D :D
 
What ive done with it lately, is take a bottle of taco sauce (doesnt need to be hot, haha) and a spoonful of the smoked relish, and i mix them together. I then re-bottle the taco sauce and mix in a bit of tabasco and its a good alternative and falls in around the "nose running, lips swollen" category of hot, as opposed to the "Devil has released hell fury in my mouth" that comes with it at full strength!

I convinced one of my buddies he could handle it and gave him a nice half spoonful to eat straight out of the jar. Poor bastard. he was flapping his lips like Mr. Ed trying to keep them from touching anything.
