First of all i am new to the forum so i'm still learning my way around. So i am on the search for a quality EDC folder/flipper, i'm a 19 year old college student so i'm kind of strapped for cash so i'd like to stay under $250 or $300. i currently carry a Benchmade 585 (witch i am very fond of) but i'm looking for another good quality EDC knife that can hold up to some hard use. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

ZT 0562cf
Spyderco Domino
ZT 0801
Spyderco Southard

Those are probably my top 4 under $300. Others will have opinions, of course.

Go find a used Sebenza in the exchange. They pop up for under or right at 300 all the time. You will thank me later.

Spyderco Southard. A lot of quality blade in a knife of this size. Carries well in the pocket.

zt 0630... looks like it's a home run! $200, premium materials, and excellent design.

Spyderco Chaparral... Really nice, not considered hard use, but a superior slicer. People also love the Techno.

I would also pick the 940-1. Ask again in a few months, I'm sure I will have a different answer.

300-ish bux, I'd go see HTM Knives... maybe get a DDR Gunhammer, or a Kirby Lambert Snap, Maybe a Greg Lightfoot Bullwhip.

IF you can still find one.

The ZT0801s110V is probably the best sub $300 knife I have ever had the pleasure of owning.
