Recommend a Doctor's Knife

I want to get a doctor's pattern as a gift for someone. I'd prefer the classic pattern of the long spear blade plus a spatula, full size (about 4 inches, maybe a little less, right?).

My budget is in the $30-$50 range.

Recommendations?

Full size is 3 5/8ths, traditionally. As for maker... Queen makes one right at $50 in wood, or $55 in bone.
