I'de go Custom ! There are some Great knife makers here on BF just go to the makers section & look around !
 
Dozier Slim Outdoorsman is one of my EDC knives. I am extremely pleased with it. I have no doubt it would handle any game handling chore I ask of it.

Money not an issue? Then go to the makers page. Pick one out from as low as 80 on up. I was drooling there just a minute ago. Theres some amazing blades there and it will be a one of a kind.
