Thanks for the replies. I have a Spyderco Military, one of the most recommended models, but I don't own any Kershaws. I'll have to check them out on my favorite dealers web site and see which ones appeal to me the most. Thanks again for the suggestions.:thumbup:

Since you don't own any Kershaws, that's an excellent idea. They've got so many models with innovative, quality features that otherwise meet your criteria that you should be able to easily find one that appeals.

For a good liner lock under a $100, hmm........Something from EmersonKnives if you can find one for that cheap, and of course Kershaw Knives. I would say the S30V Blur.

I love my CRKT M21-14. The M16 or M21 lines are very good liners for the $.
