Then you and I are fundamentally different . . . There is more than one company out there that make fine products, but I choose not so support them based on my opinion of the owner or the companies practices / policies in general . . .
:thumbup: You're not alone with wanting to vote with your dollars. Furthermore, if ownership of any good causes you unease when you think about where your money went, then the purchase actually decreases your happiness (in the sense of the economic term equivalent to "welfare"), which is the opposite of what the interaction was intended to produce. So, buying from CS doesn't make you happy. Better to know that now than to stare at a hunk of steel and wood and not be happy with your purchase, for any reason, especially political. A lot of people don't buy from CS not because of LT's politics but because they can't stand his incessant hucksterism. Whatever the reasoning for any voting with your dollars on any good or service from any company, :thumbup:
Edit: In the interest of full disclosure, I love my CS Plainsman's Hawk. I thought the Voyager was a good pocketknife until it was lifted by a relative. I liked my Trailmaster but sold it to someone who couldn't live without it.
