Recommend larger Spyderco

I'd vote for an Endura plain edge. I do HVAC work and have carried an Endura for years. I have lots of other Spyderco's.....but I always have an Endura with me.

I know you said you did'nt prefer metal handles because of the grip issue, but you really need to handle a Police model before deciding.

And you can always use 3M stair-tread tape to enhance the grip.

You can't go wrong with the endura. I prefer the mili though....

I like the SpyKer. It is inexpensive for what you get. G-10 handles, which are contoured to fit the hand very well and S30V steel. The bump in the blade really adds to cutting power, too :grumpy:

A good knife for the person looking for a larger model. So, I made it a large picture, too (to show the detail)

For the money, the Endura is damned hard to beat. But my favorite Spydie is the Spyderco/Terzuola StarMate, if you can find one. It is currently out of production, but they do show up occasionally and they are a damned fine knife.
