Recommend me a bandsaw

I just ordered a 5 pack of Lenox Wolf bi-metal 35-5/8" blades in 18tpi. Guess I'll do the stainless with a cutoff wheel on my 4.5" angle grinder.

im runnign 120SFM starret blades but witill workig on what tooth count and offset type i like my blades are 10 feet long and i can cut 2x3 foot sheet of 3/32 XHP into 40+ blades and still have life in it
jsut tried a 24 TPI but it was no rake ofset and sucked hard i was fightig with it and killed it quickly the 14-18 works ok but with this thin stock its noisy and risk chipping teeth off of. what i think i really want is 16-20 vari tooth wavy offset

Slow and Steady is best for all Stainless. You might try this stick lube I've used it for years as a machinist to dry lube end mills and drill bits and use it all the time when cutting blanks of stainless just apply it to the blade as you are cutting easy and not messy like cutting oil.....http://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/cspages/boelube.php

I order it from Enco Supply by the dozen really cheap and goes a long way

Be easy with lubricant on porta bands. They have rubber boots on the wheels and two much oil will cause them to slip and come off and the blade to slip.
