Recommend me a new flipper

ZT560, Spiderco Southard flipper, Zermeno Azrael. These are my three favorite folders. They are all excellent. The Zermeno is the best of the 3
 
The Boker Federal is a fantastic flipper but it falls short on a few of your requirements. It's made in China and its a 440C blade.

If you ever consider picking up a less expensive flipper for a backup and can bend your requirements a little I would highly recommend it.

The flipping action and smoothness is almost on par with my Voorhies custom and the detent isn't too far off either (I'm dead serious). Obviously the f&f and overall feel are way off but for $150 I'm pretty impressed.

As an update, I should have a ZT 0801 in hand tomorrow!

Check out the Mini Matrix, I've had one for about 3 weeks now and I love it!
Very smooth flipper, deep carry pocket clip, Ti lock bar with stainless insert. They can be had on
the forum for right around $200. Its smallish but not too small (about 3" )
