1. that has a 3.5-4.5 in blade (SE, PE, combo, coated, uncoated, I'm cool)

2. of S30V or ATS-34 or 154CM or BG-42 or VG-10 or better.... am ok with carbon blades as well, if carbon blade, preferably coated.

3. locks up tight and solid (I would expect that if it were titanium)

4. and... this is the hard part I suppose.... and is of production folder price... read $150ish...

So far, I've seen the Skirmish, the Lone Wolf Tighe Tactical (where can I buy one of those???) the Buck Mayo TNT (although a bit short in the blade department)

Is there any others??????

there is the kershaw leek. It has a titanium handle and a zdp-189 blade. Havent used one in real but ive seen it in my searches=)

No worries about that.. I'm looking more towards a titanuim framelock, not just titanium handles... sorry about not being clear on that..

Well, my pix are:
Sebenza
Mike Obenauf frame locks
Hinderer XM-18
Combat Elite RRF, from when Darrel Ralph still owned CE
Something from Matt Cucchiara
Strider SNG, PT, or SMF

Kershaw has the Blue, Green, or Gray Titanium Bumps. You should be able to find them right around the $150 mark, or less. I would also recommend the Camillus Cuda Dominator, although I don't know the availability of those. These two knives are assisted openers, if that's an issue.

I have a Buck Mayo 172, great knife if you can live with the shorter blade.

I recently purchased a CRKT S2, which meets most of your criteria... it is a fine knife that can be had for $50 or so (if you can find one). Blade is ATS34 at about 3.5 inches I think.

Double  on the CRKT S-2, one of the best knives they have made and the cheapest 'benza' alternative you will find.
There are two sizes as well , both are getting harder to find though.

Is the S2 the name of the knife? I can't seem to find it. I really like crkt knives except for their steel. I still carry my m1 everyday, but wish it would hold an edge longer.

Blue or Green Kershaw Bump. I've had all the others mentioned besides the Bradley and none come close to the Kershaws. In your price range up to around $300 IMHO.

S2 have been discontinued for years, you will only find them in leftover stock here and there or individuals selling what they have.

Well, almost non are $150 but for only a bit more (unlike the Stider, Sebenza etc suggestions) you can get the Buck 172 (Mayo TNT) which is a really nice knife.

The model number is 7503 for the large, and I believe 7501 for the smaller (2.5??) version. They are getting harder to find, but I've seen them offered on this forum and on 'the other' forum recently.
