Recommend me a traditional folder similar to the case peanut

The #56 is very similar in shape to the peanut, and many are still available. They do have a spear main, but could always be reground to a clip.

Nailed it, Jeff. Nice job!

I did the clip mod on my 56, was easy and worked out great. If you can live with a spear, the GEC Beagle might be of interest, I’ve got the Coyote and it’s nice but small for me. GEC 14 might be what you're after, either by modding the spear or waiting for them to do a run with clip point, I read in another thread that this was coming soon...
Any photos of this mod?

Oh, hahahaha! Well, you could cope that secondary, too ;)
I’ve done the clip mod, considered the coping but the position of the nick and where the belly starts would require almost a 90 degree chop or a healthy bit of grinding to bring the whole edge up to eliminate the curve.

Great idea! The No.26 Stockman is compact, low riding blades, long Clip and it's like a 3 bladed Penknife but without bulk. Best Small Stockman ever in my book. GEC still haven't got small knives right, apart from the 33 which they never re-issue...The 22, 09, 18 are nicely made yes, but just too toy like - and I have quite small hands so if I find it toy like....also, the Coyote has Wharncliffe master and I feel the OP is after a Clip. Buck's 309 should be considered too, they do a decent stainless.

Is this a Queen or Case knife? I like it!

It's a Queen Cutlery knife. (see the Crowned Q shield) Came in quite a range of scales: Zebrawood, Walnut, B.E.M. Amber Carved Sta Bone, White Carved Stag Bone (as shown) Horn and maybe others. One of my favourites actually.

Thanks, Will
