so, are you looking for something classy, or something to use in the woods and beat on all the time?

if the former....then check out chotovelli, I think they're beautiful watches, and a lot of them are pretty damn affordable....and many of them are automatics too...

here is one of their dealers websites....

If I'm ever worried about what my watch will take I slip on my Timex Expedition Diver. That watch has been through hell and back with me, and it's still keeping great time.

I'm looking for something that's good enough for office casual while still being incredibly durable. Something "new" -> Automatic.

That's nice time piece right there, it is verging on "wrist clock" territory though :p:thumbup:

Absolutely...

It makes my Seiko Aviator look sleek. I like how they even clocked the screw heads. Nice little attention to detail that you don't see often

You may be able to get some Oris or Tutima in that price range. Also, monitor watchseller.com for their additions and specials (there are a few ripoff sites on the name, so make sure you get to Ed Loebl's site). They have autos listed by price range. Ed Loebl is a very reputable dealer of new and pre-owned watches. I have purchased a Rolex, Omega, and 2 Tutimas from him and all were as promised. The good ones go very quickly there, so it pays to check daily when you are in the market.

Kinda like this? ;)

They said they used 150 grams of lume to paint the hands on it.

Do you get a cover with it ? I'm pretty sure that would be bright enough to keep me awake at night :grumpy::D:thumbup:
