Not to mention the awesomeness of knife locking mechanisms, manufacturing tolerances, and materials in knives. Those things tend to attract mechanical minds![]()
Lots of nice Kershaw assisted flippers. For unassisted the RAM is amazing but is getting very hard to find. The Junkyard Dog is a sweet flipper and fits inside your budget. I agree the CRKT ripple is also a good choice
I'm not even sure why people make assisted flippers. If the knife is designed correctly they open very easily and fast with a slight flick.
