Recommend plain edge steak knives (no serrations)

Just like the title says.

I'm looking for a set of good, plain edge steak knives. I don't like serrations.

I'm not picky on handle material or steel type. I'd like to keep it below $250, but if that's not very realistic, let me know.

I found a pairing knife I liked and bought 8 of them.

Some of my steak knives - kitchen paring and petty/ utility knives....



And a Chicago Cutlery set I bought many years ago.......



If you go fishing on the 'Bay - search/watch - you can sometimes find really good NOS, new old stock individual knives, sets, and pay far less than $250.
