Recommendation - Birch Bark Puukko handle maker?

Don't know where to ask so I'll start here. Can anyone recommend someone with the proper skill to create a stack birch bark handle for me with bolster and cap - for an existing blade?

To be clear - I am asking about a service of making a handle for an existing blade. I would not consider it appropriate to ask a well respected knife maker to handle a blade forged by another maker.
