hello everybody,
I've known this forum for the last 2 years and find it's an enjoyment reading and discussing about blades...
And I started purchasing US made blade 6months ago.
hell I can't find a single Vietnamese dealer in my country :-o...So I had to use a shipping service ( they purchase the blade for me, and I have to come to their office to receive it )
and...I'm not really happy with it.
the blade usually takes 10 to 15days to arrive, and the price I have to pay for is quite unreasonable.
...this might cause you a heart attack...
beside the 2 victorinox that I purchased( obviously not USmade ):
SAK pioneer $35
SAK Forester $45
then, the last 2month I purchased 2 Kabar product
the first one it Kabar Dozier 4062 for $69...can U believe it? for like... 3 times the street price
and the second one, the BK14 Eskabar, the price on it is $35, I paid $109
...I know what you're thinkin', yeah maybe I'm somewhat crazy...
Well, I took a look at some forums and saw some really cool things, like some new ZT models, or the HEST folder,... and I need a heavy duty folder, need it bad, man.
but I can't take it any more, if I purchase a ZT0350 well then the price will be...I don't know 350? that's unacceptable I think.
so now I have to look for a blade dealer that can ship it to my city, for a reasonable price.
Any input will be helpful to me, thanks guys!
