Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/ - Order as many as you like, we have plenty.
I think I have to live in the Us to own this beauty and also the price of this knife seems high. You have a great knife. I was so jealous.Daniel Fairly Knives used to have runs of Ti knives with carbidized edges, and I got this from him many years ago. I'd imagine it'd do well as a dive knife.
Yep, a simple Mora Companion is the answer to many "which fixed blade knife?" questions. It's a great knife.Mora in stainless![]()
Fishing nets are my most treacherous foe. This is what I use.Out of curiosity, are you asking because there really is a difference or did you think it was a good joke? Sorry, English is not my first language, so sometimes I don't understand it. If it's the first one, I don't carry it to kill fish, I carry it to get rid of nets. Also, you only need a knife once at sea and if you don't have it with you, you'll never need it again. At least that's what they told me. If it is the second one, you are experienced to have an opinion about it. What do you use to fight these ancient sea monsters?I think I prefer to run away. Is there a course taught by a warrior as great as you? Do you accept students? Of course, I don't expect to be as skilled as you, but if I can get rid of a blowfish, I'll be happy.

Thank you for that. If it is sold in Europe, I will buy this knife. This knife looks great. The price is also very good. I don't know if I will use it as a diving knife, but I wanted to hold it in my hand and look at it, and the price allows such spoiling.
I have, it's a neck knife so I carry it when a neck knife its. The hooked shape is good for cutting away rigging and the fingerhole makes it hard to drop under pressure. There are others in this style but this one is affordable.Damn this is so cool. Are you using this as edc?
The Spyderco Swick with LC200N is similar but practically rustproof. You can get a serrated one. Slightly over $150.If it is sold in Europe, I will buy this knife [Emerson la Griffe neck knife}. This knife looks great. The price is also very good. I don't know if I will use it as a diving knife, but I wanted to hold it in my hand and look at it, and the price allows such spoiling.
Great advice, thank you.I have several knives for diving and these days they tend to be smaller than what we used to use 30, 40 years ago.
If you are only diving and not spearfishing then a small stainless knife is good.
I would suggest the Mora Eldris, easily available in the EU, stainless and small so that it will be easy to carry.
I wrote it on the list, thank you.The Spyderco Swick with LC200N is similar but practically rustproof. You can get a serrated one. Slightly over $150.
I have read good things about LC200n and it has a high hardness. I've used H1 before, I'm sure it's great under water, but Spyderco produces H1 at a very low hardness, I don't know other companies.I read that Titanium has the same problem.Anything made in H1, Titanium, or LC200N
The longevity of knife use while underwater is somewhat of a minority so a diving knife isn't an underwater Becker (lol can one imagine)
I would love to do that, but I don't live in the Us. If that were the case, I would have already purchased a Gold membership. Great knives are sold in the sales area.Check some of the makers here.... You find one who will do you solid on your wishes..... There are a few......Nuthin to lose by askin!!!.... Best of luck...

I read that H1 can't be heat treated due to the trade off for its superior corrosion resistance, so it hardens by use, I always wondered if there was a limit to how hard it will get? Or will it get so hard by constant use that it becomes brittle? No clueI have read good things about LC200n and it has a high hardness.
