Recommendations for first knife project

Can't help but notice that the handles you put on the two blades both suffer from blocky handle syndrome. It's a common problem for newbies who are too afraid to remove enough material to make the handle smooth and contoured. Curves are your friends... right angles are not.
 
Thanks tryppyr I will keep that in mind for this new knife. Probably should write down a bunch of notes to keep in the garage that I can look at while I am working.
