Recommendations for Fixed Blade

Might I suggest you look into the Chris Reeve Knives line of One-piece fixed blades...? I think you will be able to find something there to whet your appetite.
Bear in mind you can request serrations if that is your desire, but as others before me have asked..."why?"

If you are going to clean game on a trip for more than one day I would recommend you to buy stainless steel.
On a camping / hunting trip I always have three knives.
