Recommendations for thin gentleman's knives?

William Henry! Light, slim, precious materials, pointy blade shape that is a bit stiletto-ish. Also expensive, but he has the budget.

+1 to this. I love my ultra-light, ultra-thin, ultra-slicey E10:

It looks great, carries great, and for bonus points it cuts better than most of my bajillion other folders (via the magic of thin blade stock made thinner with a deep hollow grind).

Thin, light, stiletto like blade, how about something by Al Mar?

Lots of real nice ones on the used market. Good ones aren't cheap anymore, but most are well under the budget limit.

CRK Mnandi or Allen Davis (another vote). Both are locking blades. T.A. Davison and Dunlap make some gorgeous slip joints that would catch anyone's eye. This is the only locking blade I have, the rest are non locking.

The Chef just saw your photo and says she digs the hell out of this knife; the yellow etc.
What material is that she is asking . . . bone ?
Mammoth Ivory :D

I'd vote for a CRK Mnandi or a T.A. Davison slipjoint. Or buy a bunch of GEC slipjoints and carry a different one each day of the week.

Chris Reeve Mnandi or small Sebenza 21 with wood inlays would be an ideal knife for his needs.

You could also check out some Brad Zinker customs. He makes some very thin long knives. Zinker could probabky make him one with wood overlays or whatever.
I showed him some Zinkers. Brad was the first maker who came to mind when he said he wanted a thin blade.

OK I tried to restrain myself but now I can't help but ruin the thread with a collaboration knife.
A Brad Zinker is my Grail (at least the collaboration) .

I also enjoy the drilled Ti model. That disconcerting creak in the frame lock has even disappeared. Sweet knife; so thin and light can be carried in a shirt pocket next to the Mt Blanc (well maybe in the opposite pocket . . . no scratchy).

My Grail is the Urban Trapper Titanium liner lock with Custom scales (I like 'em full figured lets say; with nice curves).

Trevor Burger Custom Knives has some great front flipper liner locks for gentleman’s carry. The LEXK Plus (3.3-inch blade) and EXK Plus (2.8-inch blade) come with a variety of options for scale materials, some rather exotic. Both have 0.118 inch blade thickness.

Last I knew, the EXK Plus starts at $650.

Sacha Thiel civillian is a great version of the Burger style front flipper.

William Henry and McHenry Willaims (Benchmade) is there some relation or just coincidence?

What other knives than the Benchmade has McHenry Williams made?

Oops. The one I have is the latter. I'm going to do some deleting.
I have requested info links for McHenry Williams (who is that) in the past and got nutin'.
I'm still listening if anyone wants to hook me up.

The TRM Neutron is very thin, both in handle and blade, and looks classy in either CF or micarta.

While not a stiletto, this would make a great starter “gentleman’s” knife. Premium materials and classy looking too. At less than $100, he would have plenty left over to try some other stuff as well.
