Recommendations: Next Becker

The danger of getting a BK16 is that you will no longer use your ESEE 3 and 4. It's that good.
The 5 & 15 are good blades, but they really shine in camp as food prep and meat processing machines.
The 9 is a pretty decent chopper for the price.
the 10 is a good large handled all-arounder for those who don't feel the need to pack a 1/4" thick short blade -- it will do many of the same sorts of task that the BK2 and ESEE5 will do, only at 3/4 or the weight.
The BK12 is the sleeper in the pack -- light, 6" long blade with enough of a drop point to almost be a spear.
