Recommendations on sharpening services?

Anyone have recommendations of a member that offers sharpening services. The service I'm looking for is to thin a 15 degree kiridashi (1 inch blade edge) to a 10 degree bevel and thinner behind the edge.

What tools should I check they are using or not using to make sure the temper is not ruined?
