... a Cold Steel Zytel Ti Lite. It can be waved. Not much of a reverse grip knife since it is a stilleto. It is a nice price and you don't have to mod it. The blade is ground very thin although it is sharp. Lockup is solid.
Another one, if you can get the clip modified and moved, is the Smith and Wesson HRT folder. Good steel, good handle, and it is a Darrell Ralph design. Darrel endorses flipping his knives open and they can stand up to such abuse. Even if you don't mod it, it has flipper assisted opening.
Finally, there is butt ugly. There is the CRKT Special Forces M16 Commando. Clip can moved from what I have seen and it has quillons for the wave. Again, it can be flipped or use the flipper method for assisted opening.
If you are a Pekiti Tersia practitioner, you might want to ask your associates what they prefer. Unless you are willing to spring for an Emerson, finding a knife that waves is tough. You can always use the zip tie trick on a tip up Spyderco to wave it. Some Spyderco models work better than others for the trick so you might want to inquire on this forum which ones they are.
Good luck.
