Recurve Cutter, Black Walnut & 1095. Blade is 9 long x 2-1/4 wide, .325 thick at ricasso, convex edge, differentially heat treated using clay with active hamon. Guard/pin/lanyard hole are stainless steel, handle is premium Black Walnut. Just enough recurve in the blade to give a definite sweet spot when chopping, but you can still sharpen it easily on a flat stone (alot of more drastic recurves can be hard to sharpen on a conventional stone). Ricasso is a hefty .325 thick, this aint a lightweight knife, but is well balanced and more importantly feels right in the hand. My apologies for the poor pics, the knife looks much better in person.
