Steel: W2, forged. 600 grit handrubbed finish
Hardness: 60-61 RC
Blade length: 7-7/8"
Total length: 12-3/8"
Blade thickness: about 1/4"
Handle material: Arizona desert ironwood
Fittings: Stainless guard, spacers, pins, and thong tube. The dark spacers are brown micarta.

I'm currently working on a sheath. It will be leather, with some tooling, and a belt loop. If someone claims this knife before I get too far along, you can choose the color. ;-)
Full disclosure: this knife was made for someone. They returned it because they didn't like the "white splotches all over the blade". I tried to explain about W2, shallow hardening steels, pearlite, and natural hamons, but they weren't having any of it, which is fine.
So, if white splotches on the blade bother you too, do NOT buy this knife. I tried to get a picture of it, but it's hard... You can see it a little in the last shot, on the ricasso.
