Both are made from 3/16" edge quenched 5160.
Giraffe bone, blade is 6 3/4" front of scales to tip and 11 3/4" OAL.
Nickel Silver pins with a hand rubbed Satin finish. False edge can be sharpened...Giraffe bone gives a smooth creamy look that is nicer in person than what shows in the pic. Still a very usable piece and easy to show off at the campsite. Balance at the index finger.

Antique linen Micarta blade is 6 3/4" tip to front of scales and 11 3/4" OAL. Made primarily as a double edge fighter it will still perfom everday tasks. Just be carefull:D Alive in the hand and quick! Nickle silver pins and thong hole liner.
Handle is a little darker than what shows in the pics and looks like really old antique linen. Balanced at the index finger.

Nice looking grind, the grinds have a Walter Brend look to them, with a bolo type blade.Very good grinding
those grind lines are not easy to pull off.

You grind with the tip down on those blades.I can do a grind like that, with the tip pointing down and twist your wrist as you come up at the end of the tip of the knife.I am a sucker when it come to a good recurve;)

Messed up this post and have reduced the price on these blades. A custom sheath is $60, this is my actual cost.
