We recently got some new grinding discs at work they are a red ceramic abrasive (Not aluminum oxide) and they seem to last 4 to 5 times as long. there is not any info on the reverse side except grit size and the word ceramic. Not even where they are made. Does anybody know who makes these? I'd like to get some belts with this abrasive. I've used the blue zirconia, They are not worth the extra expense over aluminum oxide, the orange ceramic are a huge jump over the A/O and the blue zirc. but these red ceramic are even better than the orange.

is it a bright orange? It could be a Blaze disc. I use blaze belts and I love them, they are worth the extra few bucks in my opinion.

Edited to add...

I saw the mention of orange in your post, and didnt read carefully enough to see that you mentioned them and then said that the red was even better. I thought maybe you meant orange in the post title. Oops, never mind my post. it has been a long day.
