Hey guys I have a few natural, unstabilized Australian Red Coolibah blocks up for sale. This is a wood that I actually prefer unstabilized. It has a lot of small voids/checks especially in the burl eyes which is pretty common for burls, especially these Australian burls. They fill very well and fairly easily with super glue while sanding. Coolibah finishes out very well this way.
This stuff is heavy, hard and dense!! It is fairly stable too. However, it responds well to stabilizing too, should you choose to send it out.
These have excellent color and figure and will be beautiful when finished out. Color is consistent throughout each block. I took the pics in bright sunlight so you can see the little checks and voids but it makes the blocks look washed out and not consistent color throughout but they are consistent and even in color.
Only $25 per block. Price includes shipping to the US. paypal preferred. US sales only please.
These are all 1 3/4" wide by 4 7/8" long by 7/8" thick or VERY close to that.
