Any thoughts on the Red Horse War Pig midtech? It seems like a great value (on par with the Grayman Satu). Can anyone recommend them? Thinking about getting one in full Ti.

Morning mate, I've had my eye on their Ronin model for a while and would be keen to hear some feedback on their stuff generally.

The War Pig; a stout over built folding EDC knife designed for hard field use. This knife was designed for the military operator and LEO professional in mind. It features a 3.25″ long and 3/16th thick D2 blade heat treated to a 58 Rockwell hardness and has a V grind style profile.

They must be joking right? D2 with a crappy heat treat, terrible geometry on the whole knife and a toucan beak for a flipper tab. All for the low, low price of 125% of a Sebenza 21.

I have a vehicle for sale with military operators and LEO in mind. It's a 2000 Ford Focus ZX3 with a flat tire. Only $175,599.99.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

I must not be the beholder then. Those scales look way overly thick to me.

on their knees the war pigs crawling.
Begging mercy for their sins,
Satan, laughing, spreads his wings...Oh lord, yeah!"

Yea they should be begging mercy for their sins

The ronin is a more utilitarian design.
The scale fastener intruding on the thumbstud cutout along with the two different types of fastener so close in diameter really bugs me.

It looks like something amateurish; cobbled together from odds and ends in a garage.

I do agree that it looks more useful than that war pig thing, but that's like saying a fall down a flight of stadium stairs looks better than a plane crash. While true, I still don't want it.
