I've found it to be easier to control my temper as I get older. Maybe I feel I've less to prove or maybe I don't let things bother me like I used to. I don't know which. I used to have a bad temper and had some bad fights during my school years and while in the service.
It's not easy but you can control it. It takes alot of will power. But it's worth it
. You'll be amazed at how good you'll feel!
