I also can post whatever I like, not limited to doubts about the product or the veracity of the review. . .

Truthfully, it smells like a spam job.
 
Btw, did he tell you that your "Raven WSK" is a mass-produced knife from china? I noticed that he has msrp listed as $3000 on the site. . . What a load of crap on the level of Johnny Lightning.

Are you kidding me, no knifemaker let's you demo a knife before you buy unless he is giving you something (or you're giving him something) to do so. My guess is you are giving him free advertising and he is giving you free or discounted knives.

it could happen, since the "event" was organized on their forum. And giving away knives cheaply made in china is also no big deal, so assuming any level of shadiness is probably the way to go.

I would like more info on the "two accounts" caveman pays for here.

ya know i never really cared for where my knives came from as long as they function like they are suppose to. i have kabars, junglees, sogs, smith and wessons, gil hibbons, benchmades and all types of others. most of them are mass produced over seas, china, tiawan, pakistan. the fact that i met the man and hung out for a weekend sold me on the $400+ dollars i paid for the knife. i dont care who you are thats a tidy sum for a knife thats one of the reasons i went on the outing to meet the man, just like if i bought a custom knife off of some one on this site you bet id want to meet them and look them in the eye, shake their hand, see if you measure up, so yeah all this negativity is makin me uptight, and somewhat angry.
