Does anybody know anything about this company? My 13 y/o son spent all of his Christmas and birthday money to get this knife (redscorpionsix ask6)direct from the company. Recently he tried to contact them to see what the status on his order was? No answer on the phone and the website says account suspended. I paid via mastercard so hopefully I can get his money back. Any help would be appreciated.
 
They have a very bad reputation on BF and were banned.
 
You might not get your money back from the company. The best thing to do is what you suggested and do a charge back through the bank. Let the bank know you've made efforts to communicate with the company and have been unable to reach anyone. Introduce your son to Becker Knife and Tool. Great products, great service, and the people stand behind their products.

It's not too much trouble to lodge a complaint with the attorney general of the state in which the perp is involved. There should be on line instructions on how to do it.
 
Thanks everyone for your advice. I have never filed a complaint but it seems this company has stolen from too many people...I will file a complaint.
I have heard good things about Becker knives but went ahead and bought a swamprat for my boy.
 
FYI, they dont go out of their way to mention, but Rs6 knives are produced in China and from a many I have seen, do not have very good quality control at all. MANY other GREAT USA manufactures with far superior quality for le$$ to be found. Good luck with getting it all squared away.

Make sure to let him know to keep it dry and oiled so it wont rust.

You may not need to "file a complaint" since they appear to be gone and may have had accounts/assets frozen. You should immediately call your CC company to initiate a chargeback. Don't let any time limits for filing expire, since your CC company will most likely have to eat the costs if RS6 is finally out of business.
 
Lesson learned. Glad there is such an awesome site like this...such a huge wealth of information...getting ready to pull the trigger on a paid membership.

just initiated chargeback....hopefully will get the funds back....got the ratmandu and Rick is even happier about this knife!
