This is brand new in the tube. Only removed a few times for photos and such. I still have the pin and paper as well, although the paper is a little worse for wear. The snap shut is a touch lazy, but it would smoothen up nicely I am sure with some mineral oil if you were to put it to use. Nice pull, I would say a 5 or so.
