There aren't many people that own BOTH of these relatively cheap and obscure knives, and coincidentally post about them in or around the same timeframe, so the answer is "yes".

Yeah, that is why I did not want to react too strongly, what if I should be wrong. I didn't look at their profiles or anything, I just thought it was an interesting observation, and just kind of... strong opinions towards something this seemingly mundane, but also at a large discount, that set off slight alarms.

Retail is generally fair and sometimes find good sales. I'm not one to penny pinch 10 to 20 dollars. Sometimes buying local and from a shelf just feels good even if it might be found tad cheaper online.
As for yours specifically, I have no idea

For what it’s worth, I also have a Benchmade Stimulus, one of these Sog autos, and shop at Fleet Farm, so I guess the world is smaller than we all think. Although, I prefer Blaine’s Farm and Fleet…
