My brother brought an oldie but a goodie, some of my earlier work. I made this for him around 2015ish. We made a sheath to match his belt and both of our kids tooled it together.

1095 with a slight hamon, buckeye burl, tapered tang, aluminum bolsters.

I'm glad you ask! I can't say enough good things about Redmeadow Knives Zulu patern. I find myself picking that one the most for my daily carry.

Giddy. I am simply giddy on this Friday morning carrying my new Cowbell. It was waiting on the kitchen table for me when I got home yesterday. Excellent work, John - thank you!

I’m looking forward to using and getting to know this knife. I’ll also try to get some pictures with something other than my phone at my desk waiting on my computer to boot and connect. LOL!

Today was a beautiful, unseasonably warm day here in Virginia so I spent some time this afternoon on the front porch whittling a piece of oak from the scraps by the wood splitter. I’m loving the Cowbell!
