redone 1st knife before and after pics

I redid the handle last night and redidthe blade tonight into a gut hook. I would like advice on how the easy was is to sharpen the gut hook .I shaped it and almost sharpened it with a dremel tool but its not razor sharp any suggestions. thanks kellyw ill show the before and after pictures

the first picture has the handle that broke so i redid it in oak then did the blade into a gut hook

Nice. The handle looks better, I think that the handle looks better and the gut hook is a nice touch.
