Reduce sleep time?

You need to sleep as much as your body wants you to.
During "normal" times, I need to sleep 6 hours per night and even though it's enough, I found it to be my low limit. Half an hour less and I'm tired when I wake up.
During extremly hard work periods (not physical though), I need 7-8 hours per night.
Not sleeping enough is bad for you, and the effect is cumulative.
Also, when you are tired, don't drive, especially at night! I got scared a couple of times when I suprised myself "nodding" while driving at night. Even if you can drive 16+ hours with gas stops only during a long summer day, night time is a completly different kind of beast.
