hello,
this is made from 1/8" thick stock
full distal taper
stainless aebl (bohler uddelholm)
cold treatment to reduce RA
tempered to approx. rc 62
tigerwood hidden tang handle
epoxy is rated to 250 deg. F (clear jb weld 2 part epoxy)
its a killer little blade - amazing for charcuterie and simple everyday kitchen tasks.
I also wouldnt hesitate to open packages with it. The AEBL is tough stuff.
