Hi guys. Today I have up for sale a forged trailing point. Here are the specs......

Blade: 4 7/8" tip to scales, flat grind, etched finish, distal taper last 1/3 towards the point
Steel: 52100 in 5/32" stock (Aldo's)
Handle: 4 7/8" Lignum Vitae (Agentina)
Pins & Thong: Copper
Sheath: Hand stitched with artificial sinew, dyed and waxed, 8/9oz vegi tanned leather
Price: $170 shipped CONUS and Canada
Reduced to $155, getting married in 7 weeks and could use some extra $$$.]

I still can't decide whats more amazing Bruce's blades or his sheaths? ;)

Bruce I will email you soon i'm a wee bit (ok a lot bit) larger than you and want to discuss some baldric mods.

What gives the knife blade the color? Is that forging marks? It is very awesome looking package.

lobo - the ricasso and a wee bit of the spine are forging marks. The blade flats were ecthed by using gun blueing, immersing in bleach, then neutralizing and hand sanding.
