I view this as sort of the ultimate packable bug out bag, but that's me. I never packed it out as I had other bags already packed. This bag has never been packed, never been used. It has 2 extension pouches, extension thermos/water extension and I believe they call it a Rollypoly dump pouch which is awesome for packing out trash or whatever use you can dream up for it. It's one of the most unique additions I've seen on a bag. It's a $30 add on. The thermos 12" x 5" add on is over $50.00.
