Hello,
I have a new style (for me) knife here. this is my 6.5" blade length petty chef.
The steel stock thickness is only .04" (flexible filet knife type of thickness). I have been wanting to try some more knives and tules using this steel. so far so good!
1.5" wide blade 6.5" long x .04" thick
Swedish 26C3 steel hardened to about RC63-64
Natural walnut western shape handle - affixed with 500 deg.F JB weld epoxy.
price is reduced to $100 plus shipping.
this is 01 of a batch of 3. you may lay claim to 02 and 03 of this series if you like. It may take about a week to get these shipped out.
