Russell Easler Ironwood Slip Joint
Specs:
* 7 inches overall length
* Just under 4" closed
* ATS-34 steel
* Thin and shallow hollow ground blade that is distally tapered to the tip
* Wormed Ironwood handle
* Dovetailed bolsters
* Stippled frame, backspring, and bolsters
* Half-stop
Prolific (now-deceased) maker who did not do many slip joints.
Beautiful "gentlemen's folder" piece with great fit/finish, even grinds, and a warm tactile feel in-hand.
Snappy action and flush in positions.
Some light swirling and very faint scratching on the nicely polished blade.
My pictures do not offer this man's quality work any favors.
SOLD shipped/ins
USPS MO or PayPal
Knife is on the right...
Thanks for looking.
