Forged from 52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated in my Evenheat furnace with three normalizing and two tempering cycles to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain throughout the blade
Flat grind with hammered texture on the flats
Stabilized ambrosia maple handle (one worm hole but it's been filled)
Overall length: 11 1/2 inches
Blade: 6 1/2 inches
Weight:9.2 ounces
Approximately 3/16 inch thick near the choil with distal tapers to the butt and point
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry
