The pinnacle of the Military platform — C36CFTIP. I bought this one directly from Knifeworks last year and had it in the rotation ever since. Snail trails all over the titanium-more so than the pictures can show. Some fine scratches on the blade, make no mistake this is a user. Never did put this edge on a stone though; it’s hit the ceramic rod and stropped probably a dozen times, might be time for a proper sharpening as it’s not coming back up to scary sharp any more.
That said, this is the best built Spyderco I’ve ever owned and I’ve owned a bunch. Perfectly centered, smooth action, lockup right where it should be, whoever put the grinds on the blade were on their A game that day. My recommendation would be to never take this one apart or touch that pivot screw, you’re not going to make it any better.
