Here is a Buck 110 S30v blade that has been acid etched/stonewashed and put into a Custom Frame by JAG. Rainbow anodized titanium frame with titanium screws and pocket clip. The lock bar has been carbideized and the blade has bronze bushings on either side. Good action, lockup and centering. High weave carbon fiber scale on the opposing side and black oxide screws on top of a .040" brass liner give it some warmth.

The picture best shows the way the titanium looks

Fantastic knife!

Question though, if you're milling the Ti and making the scales, why leave the indent for the lock bar when making a frame lock? Just curious... I like it there because it definitely identifies as a 110 with it! Can you show a photo of the spine?

Thank you. I enjoy the traditional lines of the 110 and it serves as a nice perch for your thumb when removing from your pocket. I have done with and without the cut out ( like a factory 110 liner lock )

The blade stop/spacer is made from 440c heat treated to spring temper of 43-45 RC
