I am the second owner and I can't see anything wrong with it cosmetically, structurally, or mechanically.
Some photos show little black specs on the blade. And although any blade with a beautiful Hamon like this will show imperfections, the specks are from the black zippered case. Some photos were from after I received the knife. So no problems there.
New never used, carried or cut with. Resently purchased for $2350 from Recon1 after negotiations so I'm already in the hole. It is extremely well built and feels great in the hand although a little on the big side for my average-sized hands. (And no they're not little

A super cool knife that has some heft to it. The blade is mind blowing. I am motivated to sell and I will work with you as much as I can - you know what I paid. So at this point it's a matter of how much I want to lose. I thought $2350 was an awesome price for this incredible knife, but in the end, you will decide unless I choose to keep it. If you're just getting into Walter's stuff, shop around and be ready to be humbled.
