Will Bill Caldwell Kajiya- Super, super rare knife from a super rare maker. For those who don't know the maker he was a darling of the likes of Fighting Knives magazine in the early '90's, doing damascus with millions of layers and not hollow grinding, but hollow forging most of his blades. Hell for tough blades, as well. This is his Kajira model which was designed as a fighter as opposed to a combat blade, and it handles like a feather despite it's size. Steel is his usual Hobson's Choice Extra Best...and yes, his "usual" in all sense of the matter is different then most other makers "usual" sense. 7.5" blade coming in at 1/4" thickness. Top edge is not sharpened. OAL is 13". Nickle silver fittings. Handle is unknown as far as wood. It does have a crack that runs from the guard down the handle but it's not moved in the years that I've had it. Knife is probably from the early to mid '90's, and if I recall correctly he made a total of about four of these off the top of my head. Sheath is amazing. Knife overall (with the exception of the handle crack) is in excellent shape with the mirror polish on the blade intact. Overall an incredible knife and piece of cutlery history. Price is sold
Robb Hudson (MS) Bird and Trout- Another rare knife from a rare maker. 5" blade from 3/16" stock and a fast taper to the tip. Brass ferrule. His usual beautifully done faceted walnut handle. The blade does have some pitting that's been cleaned up, and looks to have been used lightly in the past. No sheath, unfortunately but will include a zip up case. Robb's knives are rare, his smaller knives even more so. Grab this one for $250....$225...$200 shipped. It's the only hunter or bird and trout I've seen in probably the last twenty years.
Nirvana Knife Compnay Puuko- 6.5" oal, from 1/8" 1095. Cord wrapped handle that's been expoxied and a kydexz sheath from maker. Excellent condition. $55...$50...$45 shipped.
