Casio G-Shock G-9300-GB, Mudman in gold and black. I bought it after owning the regular version thinking I'd be happy but I have decided what I really wanted was a Casio Protrek instead. Comes with all the papers, warranty card, tag, tin, box, baggie etc... Its new so...!
I do like the yellow readout. Wish I could find it on more watches. She lights up great and has the ability to light up when your wrist is turned 90* for 1.5 or 3.0 seconds or you can turn that off if you fancy. It is solar rechargeable so no batteries, Yay! Has compass, temp, battery charge indicator, moon phases, world time etc...

Foursevens Preon Penlight, Burnt Orange (more like red orange) NIB. 2 AAA light, 180 Lumens, has 3 modes, 10 yr. warranty, looks like a pen! Comes with 2 Duracells from the factory unopened and 2 more I threw in to test it out of the box. Runs on primary alkaline's and rechargeables.

I would possibly trade this for an eagletac D25A mini or clicky in the right configuration. If a Ti version I could add a little $ to be fair.

Reduced: $38 PP, shipped USPS.

Powertac E3 AAA light in toxic green, NIB. 90 Lumens from a tiny AAA light, has two modes (low and high), comes with one AAA battery. Also comes with the box and papers. The green is a beautiful color and the knurling is nice and grippy. Had I not purchased an Olight I3s at the same time, this wouldn't be getting sold! Runs on primary alkalines and rechargeables.
