Redwood burl blocks professionally acrylic resin infused (stabilized) in my shop. Surface is machine sanded with 180 grit and buffed with Tripoli compound. Photo isn't great unfortunately and doesn't show the surface luster well enough. I can keep prices low because everything is done by me..stump to dump as we old loggers say and I process hundreds of blocks at a time generally. No middle man and I get to throw away all the bad stuff with voids, cracks, checks and so forth so quality stays high.
