Reese Weiland Prototype, Titanium frame lock.

3 1/2 inch long, 3/16 inch thick satin finish S30V blade.

Fileworked backspacer, 8" total length.

Lockup is solid, action is very smooth. Excelent shape - just back from Reese.The only markings are inside the backspacer, "REESE WEILAND PROTO"

If I'm not mistaken this is a prototype of Reese's "Recon". This design originated with my desire to have what started out as a frame lock Commander, but neither of us liked the Commander's blade shape the final piece was talonite, lefty, and serrated. Nonetheless this should be as comfortable and indestructible as ANYTHING you'll find in a folder.
